Update of our Life

Not a whole lot going on these days, but haven't updated my blog in a while so I thought I would.
We have been doing great actually. Had a little scare with this pregnancy which put me in the hospital for three days. I had gone to a regular doctors appointment and my blood pressure and heart rate were pretty eleveated, so they sent me to the hospital to do some testing. I ended up staying for three days. The electrial pumping of my heart or the nerves that control the pumping of my heart are not acting right, but it is not something to worry about at this point, and it is not affecting the baby, so, we will have to do more of a work-up after this little girl decides to come.
On that note, Yes, I am still pregnant. I think my offical due date is around the 13th of May. I am really hoping she comes sooner than that so I can feel better, but God is good and His timing is perfect, so I have peace (and am working on the patience part) in that.

Ezra is 21 months old now! Crazy! Time has gone by soo fast. He is so much fun. He has the best personality and disposition. He loves anything to do with balls: kicking, throwing, hitting, shooting. Loves being outside. He goes to a Mothers Day Out class once a week with some of his friends from church, that he loves! He is talking so much more. He loves running, jumping, wrestling with his dad and chasing Jager. Just so much fun and very active. Always on the go.

Brent is doing great. He has been busy doing projects around the house. We have a great, beautiful garden, we had to cut down our only tree in the back yard cause it was dying, and we had an awning put up. Now we are trying to make a little patio of sorts around the tree, with some benches and an umbrella for the kiddos to enjoy. I will post pictures once i actually take them.
But everything is good. God is good!!

Love this kid

So, the other morning Ezra wanted to wear his sunglasses and wore them outside for a while. He never had too much of an interest in them, until I put mine on. Well, the next day, he wanted his sunglasses again, so I gave them to him while I was getting our breakfast ready. He ate his whole bowl of cereal with his sunglasses on. It was hilarious. I love him and his fun ways!! I thought i would share.

Children's Museum

We went to the Children's Museum the other day with our friends Suzanne and her daugher Liana. We had such a great time. We had never been. Ezra really enjoyed it. They have a really neat section where that is set up by HEB and it's a mini grocery store. They have carts, the kids can go through the different isles put things in thier baskets and then scan and check out at the end. It is so fun. Here are some pictures.

Sea World

Sea World is finally open again for the season (mostly on weekends). But, this week and next, it is open all week long. We went Monday and Tuesday with some friends and had soo much fun! We got to see Shamu, the dolphins, penguins, play and watch the Sesame Street show. Ezra loved it so much. We had a really good time with all of our friends.

Sports and Balls!!

Ezra loves, loves, loves Balls! He is so good at shooting basketballs into his basketball hoop, hitting his baseball with his baseball bat, throwing, kicking and rolling balls. Now, he has discoverd GOLF. Loves it. So, we are outside most of the day practicing our swing or shooting hoops. It is so much fun. I hope he continues to love sports and balls as he gets older. I will be interesting to see what he wants to play.

So, brent and ezra have been busy at work on our garden. It looks great. Brent planted some tomatoes, squash, egg plant, banana peppers, jal. peppers, and cucumbers. Ezra loves to go back there with brent and water and watch how the plants are growing. I can't wait until we actually get to pick the veggies..I think he will love it!
